CRM emails re-design

At HomeToGo, I led the visual redesign of our CRM onboarding emails to create a more cohesive and engaging user experience.

The goal was to align the email flow with our refreshed brand identity while improving clarity and visual hierarchy.

To scale the work beyond onboarding, I built a set of modular Figma components that could easily be adapted for other flows and used by different teams. This system now supports both HomeToGo’s main brand and its whitelabels - simplifying content creation while ensuring consistency and clarity across all communication touchpoints.
